StockPool Terms of Service

StockPool is a Shopify inventory app for merchants who sell products assembled from shared components. By installing or using StockPool, you agree to use the app responsibly and verify inventory behavior before relying on it in a live store.
Service
StockPool calculates product availability from component quantities, syncs managed Shopify inventory, and adjusts component stock from supported Shopify order, refund, and cancellation events.
Merchant responsibilities
- Keep component quantities, recipes, and Shopify product mappings accurate.
- Review sync logs and inventory results regularly.
- Test setup changes before using them for live fulfillment decisions.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Trial, subscription, cancellation, and proration behavior is handled by Shopify billing.
Support
Support is available by email at support@stockpool.app. Include your shop domain, affected products/components, and any sync log messages.
Limitations
StockPool is provided as operational software, not a guarantee against overselling, stockouts, or fulfillment errors. Merchants remain responsible for final inventory and fulfillment decisions.
