Recommended setup steps

1. Install StockPool from the Shopify App Store and start on Free or approve the Shopify billing plan that fits your catalog.
2. Create components for the inventory pools you want to track, such as blanks, ingredients, parts, or materials.
3. Set each component quantity and low-stock threshold.
4. For multi-location stores, choose the Shopify inventory location StockPool should write to in Settings.
5. Open Product recipes and connect each managed Shopify variant to the components it consumes.
6. Confirm the Shopify product tracks inventory, then save the recipe and verify the first Shopify sync.
7. Check the sync log after setup, orders, refunds, cancellations, and manual adjustments.
