Shared component inventory means multiple products or variants depend on the same underlying part, blank, material, or ingredient. StockPool calculates product availability from those shared component quantities.

Does StockPool replace Shopify inventory?
No. StockPool works with Shopify inventory. Merchants choose which products StockPool manages, then StockPool syncs calculated quantities back to Shopify for those products.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled through Shopify. Merchants approve app charges in Shopify and manage plan changes from the Shopify admin.
Can I uninstall StockPool?
Yes. Merchants can uninstall the app from Shopify. StockPool also supports Shopify privacy webhooks for shop and customer data requests.
