StockPool Privacy Policy

StockPool helps Shopify merchants calculate product availability from shared component inventory. We collect only the store and inventory data needed to provide that service.
Data we process
- Shop domain and app session tokens needed for Shopify authentication.
- Product, variant, inventory item, location, order, refund, and cancellation data needed to calculate and sync inventory.
- StockPool component, recipe, adjustment, sync log, and support diagnostic data created by merchants in the app.
Customer personal data
StockPool does not intentionally store customer personal data. Order, refund, and cancellation webhook payloads are processed to adjust component inventory, and only operational identifiers needed for inventory reconciliation are retained.
How we use data
We use app data to authenticate shops, calculate available inventory, sync Shopify inventory quantities, provide support, maintain security, and comply with Shopify platform requirements.
Deletion
Merchants can uninstall StockPool at any time. Shopify privacy webhooks are implemented for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction. Shop redaction deletes shop-owned StockPool data and app sessions.
